Nolan Homes, LLC.* has been building affordable custom homes in South Central Alaska for many years. Cary Vlahovich came to Alaska in the early pipeline years(1970’s), after several years of military service. Cary enjoyed a thriving real estate career and gradually began developing land and building homes(1980’s).
In recent years he has building many custom homes here in Eagle River and Wasilla. Nolan Homes is currently building in several new sudivisions. We will work hard to find just the right lot and home design that fits your needs and desires.
*The company is named after Cary’s grandson, Nolan.
Here is a video of the home pictured above. This wonderful design was featured in the 2009 AHBA Parade of Homes. The new moved in shortly after the parade. This home was built according to our Luxury Build Specifications. Located in the Powder Ridge Sudivision in Eagle River Alaska.
